Workplace Investigations & Culture Assessments

Sarah is regularly retained to conduct workplace investigations as an external, independent investigator on topics such as discrimination, workplace harassment, bullying, sexual harassment and/or assault, and other areas of general workplace misconduct (including policy violations). 

Sarah is an effective investigator and understands the importance of conducting such investigations in a timely and efficient manner. Notwithstanding her sharp analytical skills, Sarah’s demeanour and empathy make those she meets with feel comfortable sharing even the most sensitive information.

In addition to conducting workplace investigations, Sarah is also retained to conduct Independent Reviews or Culture Assessments. Sarah is regularly asked to not only assess the existing climate and environment of a workplace, but also provide actionable recommendations and suggestions to improve the workplace culture which is aligned with the organization’s values and goals.

Sarah assists organizations, large and small, in Ontario and across Canada. Sarah has experience conducting investigations and culture assessments for organizations both provincially and federally regulated.
